Printing Pay Stubs in QuickBooks
Follow these instructions to print or email a paystub from QuickBooks.
- From the File menu, select Print Forms > Pay Stubs.
- Select the appropriate bank account and check date range.
- Select the pay stubs and click Print or Email.
- Optional: Add a message to print on the message area of the pay stub.
