Direct Deposit in QuickBooks

Follow these steps to activate direct deposit in QuickBooks:
  1. From the Employees menu, select My Payroll Service > Activate Direct Deposit.
  2. Follow the prompts to setup your bank account (will require verification).
  3. Then edit the employee, select the Payroll and Compensation Info tab, and click the Direct Deposit button. Enter the employee's bank info here.
  4. When processing payroll be sure to select Use Direct Deposit and follow the prompts to pay employees using Direct Deposit.
