Do you ever wonder just how much your employee is actually costing you? There are many factors to consider when determining actual cost of an employee, and it is usually higher than what you may have thought!

To assist with this calculation, we have developed a calculator that will help you determine an employees actual cost. Note that this only includes company payroll taxes and worker's compensation insurance.
