Are there old outstanding estimates in your data?
Estimate should be marked as Inactive after they are closed, invoices, or declined. Doing this will allow you to create a report for and monitor Active Estimates.
This can be especially helpful to monitor and guide your estimating processes and goals.
Note: Estimates do not automatically get marked as Inactive when converting to an Invoice or Sales Order. To get the most out of your QuickBooks file, do this manually everytime your create a sale from an estimate.
